The nonfood collective agreement “retail business, antiquities, secondhand trade, art galleries (works of art), arts of the table, cutlery, hardware store, equipment of the chamber, bazaars, trade domestic, model makings, plays, toys, and leather working” understands a basic text and endorsements, agreements or appendices, resulting from periodic amendments on particular items.
It supplements and improves the provisions of the Labor regulation, i.e. it institutes of the provisions not provided for by the Labor regulation like the minimal wages or a regime of precaution, for example.
It also adapts general rule of the Labor regulation to the typical locations of the line of business or that of certain firms.
